PLEASE CHECK SCHEDULE EACH WEDNESDAY  9PM TO ASSURE YOUR  T -TIMES ARE CORRECT, SOMESTIMES LAST MINUTE  CHANGES ARE NECESSARY

• 2027 SEASON:  REGISTRATION - will be now till Tuesday December 1st for current members - $200 application will include closest to pin, giveaway, pre & post luncheon, pizza gathering and orange ball winners    RULES - as of Monday week of play 5PM any cancellations or change requests will result in $20 league charge , no exceptions (you' have 5 weeks to look at schedule)
• IMPORTANT:  Always check T-Times night before scheduled play, 9pm, sometimes I have to make last minute changes to fill schedule , also last minute decisions on inclement weather T-Times play  
• Anyone scheduled to play on Thursdays can also play Fridays , let me know depending on availability . 

all score cards send to Jim Pappas or myself  for documented handicaps    

 IMPORTANT: in the event of a possible rain out check our website at 0630 day of play, all decisions by Bobby will be made that morning in the event of rain or predicted inclement weather. Decision will be posted  day of T-Time on our web site no later than 0640 hour with updates, do not call clubhouse

• After play text score cards to Jim Pappas 631-793-6081 for handicaps
• Text Joe all 3 par winners in order to allocate $$$
• Please stay up with pace makers (GROUP 1) if you fall behind, every group behind you does , keep play moving
• Club length to pin -- pick up , take stroke & move on unless your going for birdie or eagle
